How to order

You can order by choosing the product and adding it to cart. No need to be afraid of double orders or mistakes, the system recognises and excludes such occasions.

Please notice whether the product is in stock or is it being ordered in stock. After ordering you will receive a confirmation or an invoice. The invoice should be paid, that is when we ship the products. You can order the goods to your home address in reach of Estonia smd   Smartpost, Omniva, DPD postal automats. Orders over 60€ are with free shipping (only in case of food supplements).

Returning

Powerman  e-shop and regular shop products come with 14 day returning right. According to VÕS § 56. In that case the customer needs to file an application during the 14 day period.

The goods should be returned no later than 30 days after filing the application.

In order to return the goods it is necessary to add the invoice the customer received with the product. The buyer should make a written to  application  to  Powerman  OÜ and return the goods to the seller. The refund will be transferred to buyers account as fast as possible but no later that 30 days. Returning costs less than 10 EUR will be paid by the customer.

The goods should not be used and in original package. If the product has been used or has been returned in different package then  Powerman OÜ does not have to return the money

Explanation: making a transfer under your own name please write invoice/order number , when making the transfer under someone else's name, please write the orderer's  name and invoice/order number.  If the transaction is done in working days before 12:00 then you will receive the goods the next day.
